Zgirls is a rather odd game that combines elements of traditional strategy and management games with stuff more typical of classic dating sim games. What this means is you can just as easily send troops to battle against zombies as take one of your officers on a date.
The story in Zgirls is simple: a zombie apocalypse has humanity on the brink of extinction and your aim is to create a base strong enough to fight off all the zombies. But of course fighting off zombies is stressful – and nothing helps relieve stress better than going on dates.
When you're on the screen for managing your stronghold, you can construct and improve your buildings, plus recruit troops. You can also get resources, communicate with your allies, or plan attacks against other players. On the dating screen, on the other hand, you can chat with any of the many ladies in your ranks.
Zgirls is a strange combination of genres that's sure to attract fans of strategy games, along with those who love dating sims. Best of all, the graphics are excellent.
